TJ is a Consultant at the Awaken Group with experience in project management and stakeholder management, having worked with firms within the Technology, FMCG, & Manufacturing industries in the Philippines.

She previously served as a member of the Country Strategy & Special Projects team of one of the largest technology companies in Southeast Asia. In this role, she led projects catered towards various company stakeholders, creating initiatives to drive sales of business partners and to incentivize cooperation and performance from individual contributors, such as delivery drivers. Prior to this role, she was under the company’s Operations department, where she served as project manager for key product launches and partnerships.

TJ graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Ateneo de Manila University, one of the top universities in the Philippines. She majored in Management Engineering, while also taking up a minor in Sustainability. TJ is passionate about systems thinking and design thinking, in which she has been able to facilitate workshops while serving as Vice President at the Ateneo Management Engineering Association.
