An entrepreneur at heart, he has managed a venture capital-funded business in the APAC region. In his experience as a consultant, he has serviced organisations like Linkedin, Dell EMC, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Reliance, SAP, Intel, Taboola to name a few. Measuring the success of every HR intervention is a guiding philosophy and he believes ROI should be the holy grail of the Human Resources function. He is certified on measuring ROI and on psychometric tools like DISC, OPQ 32 and Harrisson. Besides being a Learning & Strategic HR architect, he is a skilled coach with an ICF accredited ACC certification. He combines deep listening, intuition and a commitment to facilitate sustainable change for his clients. Suketu is an INSEAD alumni with a Masters in Change Management and also holds degrees in Engineering and Business.
