Rachel spent more than 14 years in various corporate HR roles covering the full Talent Management cycle and shared services operations. She also worked closely with CEOs and Head of Departments in formulating their human capital strategies, to stretch and maximize the full potential of each and every employee in order to deliver excellent business results. Both a strategic and tactical player, Rachel is willing to roll up her sleeves and be directly involved with the design and implementation of HR projects and introduce new initiatives to drive business results and employee performance.

Managing companies through change is also a major strength that Rachel brings to the table. Having gone through 3 M&A transitions both as a buyer and a seller, she learnt how to bring a company through transitions without losing talents excessively, and help people navigate through change. She is highly adaptable and flexible in her approach, appreciates diversity and is a sound team-player who believes the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
