Peter Seah Generator | Leadership Capability Expert Systems Thinking, Learning Organisation, Human System Dynamics, Action Learning, Neuro-Lingustics Programming, Theory-U, Design Thinking, Balanced Scorecard, Objectives and Key Results (OKR) Peter Seah regards himself as a Generative facilitator in Organisation Development practices, collaborating with profit and non-profit organisations in the Middle East, China, Hongkong, Taiwan, and South East Asia regions. He utilises various OD and system-related thoughts and methodologies such as system thinking, learning organisation, human system dynamics, action learning, neuro-lingustics programming, Theory-U, design thinking, Balanced Scorecard and Objectives and Key Results (OKR) in helping his clients. He believes in co-sensing and co-creating with clients to use OD practices to help shift behaviours in teams. He is a Certified™ Professional Facilitator (CPF) since 2006 and also internationally recognised IAF Certified™ Assessor. He has conducted small and large group process facilitation in areas of LO-related methods (e.g. Shared Vision, Vision deployment matrix-related activities), focus group, management retreats, community dialogues, etc (e.g. for Singapore Arts Museum and Singapore Corporation of Rehabilitative Enterprises (SCORE) symposium). He has trained hundreds of leaders in using facilitation to carry out organisation transformation (e.g. Singapore Police Force’s LO facilitators). Recently he has designed and conducted a series of Shared Vision virtual sessions for a local learning institution with 500 staff and leaders. He is currently helping a Hongkong-based IT organisation in their transformation journey, through using tools and practices in Learning Organisation (e.g. Core Theory of Success, vision deployment, personal mastery and team learning, etc) and OKR, and coaching their Head of Departments, HR and functional teams. He continues his learning and practices in other systems-related works, e.g. as a research member for the Madrid 2020/21 Agriculture System (part of global Society For Organisation Learning). He is also an Associate Facilitator with Institute of Leadership and Organisation Development Civil Service College (CSC), focusing in leadership development and group dialogue for public front-line and senior leaders. He also coaches teams through team conversations to reframe perspectives and achieve greater team effectiveness (e.g. Daneili Global and as an Executive Coach in CEP sessions for SAF units). Peter is also certified, as a practitioner/ facilitator, in these tools: Master Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP) Practitioner, MBTI, FIRO-B, Benchmark 360o, Team Diagnostic Survey, Strength Deployment Inventory, Humanlogix®, TetraMap®, Scrum Master-Scrum Alliance®, and Human System Dynamics Professional. He has an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance and a Specialist Adult Educator – Facilitator with Institute of Adult Learning. He has a MBA with University of Hull, UK.
