Human resources leader and coach with over 20 years experience in Europe and the Middle East

Nadine is passionate about supporting tribes to thrive. She nurtures eco-systems in which engaged, energised teams are more productive and better prepared to manage the increasing disruptive environments they face. She works specifically with start-up organisations to build structures that advance their evolution from early stage through hyper growth.

Her depth and breadth of HR experience enables her to create pragmatic strategies and solutions that are workable and easily adopted. She has an appreciation of the dynamics of multi-cultural organisations, expertise in managing multi-cultural teams and an understanding of the importance of context-appropriate communication, leadership and organisational development.

Over the last twenty years she has helped build companies such as PayPal, Barclays Bank, General Electric and Virgin Mobile. She has designed and executed large scale learning and talent programs, developed strategy and managed key HR processes such as organisational development, culture and engagement, talent development, leadership development, performance management and succession planning.

She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from University College Dublin and is currently studying for an Executive Masters in Coaching & Consulting for Change at INSEAD Singapore.
