With more than 25 years of experience working in a top law firm, investment bank, government linked company, multinational companies and start-ups, Karen’s one purpose and passion is about people. She sees each individual in a corporation as a gift to be developed and supported. She believes that the strength of a corporation lies in the collective strength, wisdom and wellbeing of every individual in that organisation. A corporation will truly flourish only if the most precious of its assets is flourishing: its people. In whatever role Karen has held in an organisation, Karen has dedicated much of her life and career to the flourishing and nurturing of people.
