Jason is a multi-faceted transformation leader who integrates empathy, strategy and leadership to create purposeful, people-centric transformation, both internally and externally, to scale value and impact. Jason has extensive experience across Government, private sector and start-ups in developing strategic transformation frameworks e.g., S’PECL to help CEOs understand holistic transformation, as well as designing the right strategies, leadership and capability development courses, partnerships, business development and OKRs on value-creating ecosystems to effect and sustain successful transformation. He was also involved in Singapore’s Public Sector Transformation, designing and implementing Whole-of-Government policies on service delivery and setting up various new units, such as the Municipal Services Office.

He has more than 18 years of experience of transforming organisations across 16 industries (e.g., tech, government, education/L&D, labour union, non-profit, aviation, banking, F&B, oil & gas and luxury retail) and is able to see through transformation projects from conception to steady-state with measurable impact

Jason is also the chief designer and facilitator of AG’s Signature Programmes in transformation, leadership, designing thinking etc,. He is AG’s highest rated facilitator/trainer in Awaken Group, ~ 4.5/5 rating across >4,000 participants over >2,500 hours of workshop experience across all levels, including C-Suite
