Faustino John Lim Mobilizer | Senior Partner Adaptive Leadership & Design Thinking, Project Management, Emerging Technologies, Instructional Design, Public Leadership, Negotiation / Communication Faustino John Lim is a Senior Partner at the Awaken Group, helping organizations identify and tackle their most critical challenges, so that they can reach the next level of renewal and growth. A former fellow of the Harvard University Asia Center, he has worked in diverse organizations including the Center for Asia Leadership, Embassy of Canada in Korea, the International Crisis Group, and in sectors such as social entrepreneurship and education. Beginning with a fellowship at the Harvard Asia Center, Faustino John has worked with teams to develop a suite of leadership and innovation programs that have benefited over 32,000 individuals in 30 countries through over 90 conferences and leadership programs. Faustino John has managed clients that include Fortune 500 companies, regional corporations, government ministries, civil and foreign service institutes, as well as non-profit organizations in Southeast and Northeast Asia. He has consulted and managed Harvard Professors on their program design, while also mentoring and coaching over 35 Teaching Fellows from Harvard Business School, Harvard Kennedy School, Harvard Graduate School of Education, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. His current work engages him in researching and applying diverse leadership, strategic, and entrepreneurial models and frameworks within Asian contexts. He also researches and designs programs in emerging technologies such as Web 3.0, electric vehicles, green technology, and entrepreneurial ecosystems, while interviewing and facilitating world-leading experts in this space.
