Dr Kate Lazarenko Ideator | Consultant User-Centred Design, Digital Transformation, Digital Health, Innovation Culture Having spent over 15 years working across various IT projects and implementations in the healthcare (and other) ecosystems, Kate has always been passionate about utilising digital channels to deliver change and transformation from a consumer’s perspective. This translated into using user centred design/service design/design thinking to enable various organisations to find efficient and cost-effective ways to transform their business, products, and services. A passionate educator and a PhD holder from Monash University (Melbourne, Australia), Kate is an adjunct lecturer at the Smart Health Leadership Centre at the National University of Singapore’s Institute of Systems Science, where she teaches digital leadership and health service transformation programmes, assisting stakeholders across the broad health ecosystem to transform the future experience of health through data, technology, and innovation. As a consultant, she works with small & medium size enterprises, start ups, VCs, ‘big four’ consulting firms, and research agencies. The range of projects varies from organising and running workshops to joining client’s delivery teams on specific engagements, so there is never a dull moment! Kate tends to draw on her vast experience to elaborate on complex theoretical concepts, making them ‘come alive.’
