Bryan Joseph Santiago

Bryan is an Innovation and Transformation Consultant with over a decade of experience in Human Centered Design, Lean Start-up, Agile, Business Model and Value Proposition Innovation, working with Fortune 500 organizations, nonprofits and local organizations in the Philippines.

He has led a number of Innovation, Strategic and Transformation projects over the last 20 years, including the development of new products, services and businesses in the FMCG, F&B, Media, Digital, Enterprise Technology, Energy, Telco and Logistics spaces.

Bryan was Principal Innovation Consultant at Board of Innovation, a global innovation consultancy headquartered in Belgium, working with FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Energy and Logistics clients across Europe, APAC and the US. He previously led the Innovation Group of one of the largest media organizations in the region. Prior to which, he also led the Global Innovation Consulting Capability for one of the largest Tech Consulting firms in the world, where he spent 14 years of his career. Bryan is currently also an adjunct professor at the Asian Institute of Management.

Bryan is passionate about designing human-centered solutions for the toughest of challenges, especially around poverty alleviation, education, nutrition, food security and nation building. He’s been fortunate to have had the opportunity to advise nonprofits all over the world as well as in the Philippines and even corporations on innovating for circular economy solutions, combating illegal fishing and trade, agri-tech, community engagement and volunteering, micro-banking, disaster relief, education, forest protection and bottom of the pyramid food solutions.
