Communications, marketing, and research strategy lead
Hanna is Balancer and Manager at Awaken Group where she leads and manages strategic initiatives at the firm including marketing, communications, and research strategy. She leads the Global Leadership and Innovation Project (GLIP), an initiative designed to better understand leaders’ perspectives, strategies, priorities, and challenges around leadership as their organizations grow globally. She is well-versed in cultural adaptability as her passion for travel and different cultures has taken her to over 30 countries.
Hanna is a co-author of the annual Global Leadership and Innovation report. She was also a co-writer for Awaken Group’s book, Inside Out: Conversations about Leadership and Innovation in a New Global Economy. Her previous experiences include media sales and curating editorial content for a lifestyle online magazine she had co-founded.
Hanna is from Los Angeles, CA and holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
Transformation Design to Hanna is about holistic change that happens from the inside out; it’s about shifting perspectives and revealing new ways of looking at things. As Balancer, she looks for ways to manage multiple initiatives at the firm to ensure smooth sailing for our team and clients.
